CHOCOLATE UBRIC


 

It is a wonderful after-dinner sweet and it also makes for a great present

 

From a glass of wine it is only a small step to a distillate, and this is our next type of chocolate. From one of the best distillers in the world Gianni Capovilla we are buying fruit distillates. Imagine, sour raisins soaked in this distillate combined with the same 70% chocolate. It is a wonderful after-dinner sweet and it also makes for a great present. We call it ubric, from the Italian word ubriaco, which means ‘drunk’. We offer two types: Ubric 2 is with a distillate from the white moscato grape. Ubric 3 is from the red moscato grape.

 

 
In this distillate, raisins of very high quality are being soaked. After three months, the grapes will be mixed in our 70% chocolate.
 
With great experience and passion, Gianni Capovilla is as we are, that we follow our products from the plants in the field to final packaging.

 Edy and Day prepare the chocolate in our factory in the island of  São Tomé. Every step of the process is scrupulously controlled.
